Refund and Exchange Policy

At Zernish, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
However, we offer a Conditional Exchange in the event of a genuine quality or workmanship issue.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or fault in workmanship, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Any requests received after this period may not be considered.
Once a query is raised, our Quality Control Department will review the reported issue. Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product to assist with the assessment.
Following inspection and approval by our Quality Control Department, Zernish may, at its discretion, offer an exchange or store credit in cases where a genuine and significant product fault is confirmed.

Non-Eligible Orders

The following orders are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or chargeback:
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products purchased at a discounted or promotional price
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
  • Orders for which a quality concern has not been reported within 24 hours of delivery

Store Credit

Where store credit is issued, it will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
Store credit must be used within this validity period and cannot be extended, renewed, transferred, or redeemed after expiration.

Important Note

Minor variations in color, texture, embroidery, print placement, or finishing may occur due to the nature of handcrafted and digitally photographed products. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects and may not qualify for an exchange.
All exchange and store-credit requests are subject to review and approval by Zernish's Quality Control Department. The company's decision following inspection will be considered final.
